I have an 06 mustang on order and it's been almost 2 weeks, I don't think I have a build date yet. My question is, is it difficult or a hassle for a dealer to change my order? I want to know before I hassle my dealer about upgrading my Mustang GT's wheels to the upgraded wheels. Also, at what point is it difficult or impossible to make changes to an order?

It is not hard at all. It is a minor addition and should take all of 5 minutes to change.
Usually, about 10 days prior to being built a car is locked in and can't be changed.
