Can any of you Ford insiders give me a clue on something that showed up on my repair order? I bought the car from Mossy Ford in San Deigo, CA and had it drop shipped to AZ. Teri gave me an awesome deal. I recently had the car in at the local dealer for the rear end whine TSB. On the repair order for Selling Dealer No. it says "Black Group". Is that some kind of insider talk for being blackballed because I bought it somewhere else?

 

might just be the team that is doing the repair. they usually use colors???? maybe thats it

 

They have color teams at the Ford dealership in Fairfax so
that's probably it. I was assigned to the Brown Group/Team I think.

 

yea, my dealer does it too. each supervisor has a color.
