Have you guys tried NXT? I use it and love it. I have read on detailing forums that you get the same shine as Zaino. I personally like the availability factor and ease of use.

I am going to wax my black GT tomorrow. Clay bar, then some polish, then top it off with NXT. Will post some pics when done.
I did a quick waxing of my Redfire with Meguires NXT on Friday. Eventually plan on ordering the Zaino kit but wanted to wax her up temporarily.

I'm meeting Boomer and Galaxie today so we'll do a quick comparison

max- NXT Wax is a good wax, but if there is proper preparation for Zaino Z2-Pro such as Z-5 or a different Polish/Cleaner, it isn't even close, Zaino will blow it away.

What is the Zaino that you usually find at Pep Boys and the like. Is there anywhere to buy there products other than the net.

Wow! Thanks for posting these. I just broke down and ordered some Zaino stuff last night (ZFX, Z2, and Z6 to start) for my Windveil v6. I hope I can get mine looking as great as yours!

Bel:

No worries, it will look fantastico
Just take your time, read the instructions/tips and tricks.... and enjoy the sun while your doing it.

The end result is unbelievable.

I'll post more pics next week if the weekend is nice enough to do more zaino'ing.

Saw pete's car. Looked great. Surface was very smooth and glossy.

My car had NXT on it. Looked about as glossy but it was hard to tell since our colours were quite different.

I have no doubt that the Zaino is easier to apply and is a better product who's results will last longer.

Hard to tell the difference in person though. They both look fantastic.

I'll be Zaino'ing my car in May. I'll let you know what I think compared to the NXT.

Craig, no problem.
Just remember, you have to order it, you won't find it in stores.

Dan, yeah I was about to say.... because our colours are so different, its a tough sell. You'd have to take before/after photo's.

And to those who are using one then the other, be sure to make FOR DARN sure either product is cleaned off...or they could have..uh...not so nice results. (ie: wash the car with dawn 2 times)
i remember hearing a horror story about a guy who went from Zaino to NXT and it hazed his car because the products don't like to play nice in the sandbox.......remember, don't mix products.
