Carl,

I hear ya about the weather in our area. I'm in Puyallup and just took delivery of a 2008 Vista Blue GT/CS. She's in the garage under a cover! Probably won't drive her much in the winter unless we get that rare rain free sunny day... Since we're neighbors, keep in touch... Later, Marty

I just bought a 1998 Cavalier Z24 as my winter beater for 2000 bucks. It absolutly killed me to spend 2k on another car instead of modding the stang. I have no problem with the snow, but the salt they put down to melt the snow that is my problem. The day the first salt goes down is the day the stang goes away for the winter. In the spring it will only come out after a few good thunderstorms have washed all the salt away.

Yah like we ever get much snow here in Victoria but when the rain Freezes BLACK ICE = salt very bad and they get carried away cause they don't know how to drive on ice, I had good lessons on the Prairies when I had a BMW you could control a skid almost sideways and hold it as you well drift.

Probably don't want them getting damaged by the salt and cold. I put my stock intake back in and return the PCM to stock because you want to have a docile, slow responding engine to maintain the best traction in slippery conditions
