On Dec 16 I was in an accient in which my driver side door was wrecked. I took it to a the local ford dealer body shop. I got it back ni about 3 weeks. I picked it up late in the afternoon. I took it to get some gas. When I pulled into the gas station I noticed under the bright lights that the door and a good bit of the rest of the cars finish had swrill like scratches all over it. The worst area was in the driver side door. About 2 weeks ago I took it back for just an oil change and someone in the service dept scratched up the bumper pretty bad. So they said they would fix it. I mentioned to them about the swirll marks in the finish and they said they would have someone look at it. I got it back this morning and now there are even more swirl marks on the car. I really could use someone help in finding a place that can get my finish back to showroom finish I had before the wreck. Any advice or Help would be greatly apprieciated. I live in Buford Ga.

 

Find another place that can do a better job. Get a quote and bring the quote back to FORD. Tell them that since they obviously don't have a guy there that knows what he is doing that FORD should pay to have it done by a pro and give them the quote.
