Hello. I am new to The Mustang Source. I have a question all the experienced leather seat owners.

I have a 2006 GT with RED leather seats. I have tried to clean them a couple of times. Once with Meguiar's Leather and Vinyl Cleaner and once with Armor All Leather Care Gel. On both occasions I did a test spot to see if the color would come off. On the lower front of the seats the color did NOT come off. But on the seat and back the color DID come off. This happened using both cleaners. I thought of trying other cleaners that I have seen suggested but after 2 cleaners and color coming off, I'm a little scared of trying other cleaners.

Is it normal that some places the color will come off and other will not?

Any other suggestions? Thanks for your time.
