Recomendations please!!!
Z-16 on everything else that's not leather (plastic stuff, dash, interior and door panels, etc.).
What's good about Z-16 is that it's non-oily and has a UV40 rating.

To answer your question, I'm using Meguire's for the leather. It comes in a burgundy bottle. It comes out white and really softens the leather nicely. I have not tried Zaino's leather product as I really don't want to spend that much (sorry if this sounds cheap). Sorry I can't tell you how it compares to Zaino.
I know I like their NXT wax for the exterior!
NOW, NEED some help with the interior. What is everyone putting on the back seats ('pleather') and the pleather parts of the front seats? My understanding is we really don't want to use products for leather on the fake leather. (Kinda like 91 octane for an engine tuned for 87... "more is less"). So what's everyone using?
Thank you!

Stan- I've used the Z-16 on the back of the front seats as well as the whole rear seats, but only did it once.
Tom? What are you using on the vert? His is 100% more exposed to the sun than our coupes.

Sorry for being difficult. Thanks...
From Zaino's site (note #3, is that because it's on the exterior?):
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Use on all exterior rubber, tires, moldings, plastic trim, weatherstripping, underhood hoses and more.
- Just wet a sponge with Z-16 and apply to the surface to be treated and let dry. It will last thru rain and multiple washings. Z-16 is very durable and will last an average of 3 to 4 weeks on an outdoor car.
- Z-16 is not recommended for vinyl tops.
303 Aerospace would probably be my second choice if I didn't have the Zaino.
Not sure why the vinyl top is excluded on the Z-16 list. Maybe because of its material?

Here's a slightly different question. I haven't checked this yet myself (just got the car on Friday, give me a break) . How well painted are the inside door wells on the 05+'s? I fell a need to polish and wax in the inside door jambs and the underneath the hood and trunk, but I don't want to do it if the finish is not what I expect it to be anyway. My '97 Mountaineer has a poor finished underneath the hood, and in the lift gate so I never bother. You guys who go to the shows, how much time you spend waxing the interior painted pieces?

I haven't put anything on the inside of the trunk lid though (mostly because I really didn't think about it, otherwise I would have!
Yeppir, Eastern Mountain Sports in Marlton on Rte 73 has 303 products. I'm stopping by after work and knocking back a 16 ouncer
. These guys are into kayaking but protection is protection. Sound like a fun group.
Thanks for your input. You guys are the best.

Stan, let us know how the 303 works and what part you're applying it to.
I'm sure it'll be fine, heard nothing but good stuff about 303 products.
