High Flow Catalytic Converter Recomendations

Hey folks, I was wondering if anyone has any recomendations on good high flow cats. This is my first attempt at modding a car, so I need all the advice I can get (my last mustang only lasted 3000 miles before the parents totaled it). Also, with those recomendations, I would appreciate a price suggestion. Thanks a lot, and enjoy your rides as much as I enjoy mine!
