Because of this forums many posting about car finsh, that always come down between Z and Meguiar's NXT Generation I'm giving up my NuFinsh and going with Meguiar's NXT Generation, but the questions now is paste of liquid? What is group think on this?

Thanks

I've tried both and the liquid (as it always seems to be) is easier to use then the paste. You end up with the same results. My personal opinion.

Well I voted liquid because of ease of use and its what I got on the ride right now.. Oh yeah thanks to Adrenalin for the NXT wax tips. I was using way too much on the car before... :bang:

I'm gonna go with paste only because I use a wheel to apply it and its less messy. I dab it around on the panel I'm working on and wheel it with an orbital. I remove by hand.

Paste is mainly used for hand application. Liquid is generally used for machine use. You can use whichever you want but you will go through more liquid than you will paste. I use paste. It is easy to apply and remove.

Mike, you should be using the liquid since you are using a machine to apply the product.

I wax by hand and I prefer the liquid. Easy on, easy off.

I use the spray liquid every time the car gets washed. Gets rid of the water spots, and makes the car look great. No residue, no mess, no fuss!!!. I can wax the whole car in about 20 minutes ( but I usually take longer anyway)........

PS: works great on the windows too!! The water just slides right off the glass when it gets wet.

I am using the liquid since it was the only available thing when I bought it last year. I am usually a paste guy but the liquid seems real good and EZ to use. I apply it by hand and wipe it off the same way. I called Meguiers and asked the rep what he uses and/or prefers and he answered politically "both are good" when I pressed him he said he prefers the liquid. Go figure

I use the liquid wax. Like John said, it seems to be a bit easier to apply. Either one will do a great job though. Its all personal preference
