lines under hood ?

cleaning the gt yesterday and noticed underneat the scoop there are 2 faint lines that go down the hood where it looks like water or soapy water ran down the hood there not scratches and there hard to see but i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or what product i should use to get them out?
