I went to the local auto body supply house to pick up a bottle of 3M Imperial Hand Glaze and the guy that was working told me that at some point in the near future they will not be able to sell certain products to the general public. Apparently they are going to require a liscense or certification to purchase professional grade products. Something to do with the dust..

 

and you don't even live in Kalifornia. Probably trying to get you to buy multiple bottles.
