Believe me, it has its own share of crappiness. The plastic handle broke, so its only half the length, but it does an awesome job, especially at getting the very bottom of the glass. It's a Godsend for the rear window

 

Adam's glass cleaner is the best ive used so far. I use invisible glass too, but the sample of glass cleaner Fromm the sample pack has me sold.
