Cloth Seat Freshening

S197 Mustang owners with cloth seats,

How are you keeping them "fresh"? While I have generally been advised to Scotchgard the cloth to prevent liquids from causing stains, I am curious if the cloth picks up odors from heavy usage, particularly if you sit in your car after sweating heavily.

I look forward to any comments.

I just vacuum the seats then spray them with Febreeze, there's one just for cars too.

I never get in the car sweaty and no food or water are allowed. I will scotchgaurd soon ( hopefully ) anyhow. The febreeze worked great in the 95 which I purchased used.

A light dusting of backing soda and then vacuum it up helps get rid of odours from the fabric
