Clear protective film

Has anyone put this on the front of your car, are you pleased? Can it go over film stripes?

Front sides, door handle pockets, on rear bumper below the trunk lid, wing mirrors, etc.

Three of my cars have this.

I wouldn't go over vinyl stripes; it lifts around the edges then it looks white and allows dust and water to seep in.

Its possible, but would it still let the gloss shine through? In ither words, will it look like the car is covered in something

Well... the parts that are covered don't look like that or hide the gloss. Have you seen it in person?
