I washed my GT Convertible and put on the new car cover I recvd from Kevin today, all seems well. Didn't cut a hole for the ant, just unscrewed it and put it in the car until I take the cover off.

Do have a qts? What is the white thread string that's with the patches for? I used the cable to lock it.

Can you post a pic of the car cover and advise what it is made of? Looking for one for my 06 Vert.

Mike, the "string" is used to secure the cover on breezy days. The locking cable won't be taught enough to keep the cover from flapping (a definite "bad thing" BTW). There should be a loop on each side of the cover, near the cable eyelets, to tie the string. And don't forget to allow the exhaust pipes to cool before tying! .
