What did you do with your Mustang today?*
Washed her! Then make a real quick iphone video in my driveway of the new magnaflow axlebacks!
I'm really liking the way it sounds as the mufflers 'break in' a little. It's noticeably louder and deeper now than it was about 200 miles ago. I know it's not nearly as loud as some people prefer, but the tone is so much better than stock, which is exactly what I was looking for.
You really have to play it through decent speakers though or it sounds like crud.

These mufflers can be made to drone if you do real severe low rpm-high load driving, but under any normal driving conditions they sound just like stock when you're not getting on it.
Absolutely zero drone, which was very important to me. I has the muffler shop try on some flowmaster mufflers first, which were more aggressive sounding, but droned a lot even at idle.

Went for a nice cruise today. jumped onto some nice scenic roads and stopped at a well known ice cream/hamburger joint. I had a few people come over the car and give me some compliments and chat. I really like being a car guy and having people show some interest and just want to talk for few was unexpected and just cool, and putting a smile on thier faces for few minutes priceless

I drove out to the local raceway oval to watch a demolition derby that I got free tickets to! I watched the drag strip for awhile waiting for the derby to start and had the unique pleasure of watching a Chrysler new Yorker power it's way to a 21.95 quarter mile at 56.x mph. Hahahaha
