they where panel retainer clips I bought to fix my front bumper, I finally got tired of the rice badges, so I got two of them sanded them and painted them with some spare matched spray paint I had, they wouldn't fit as they where so I got a roll of electrical tape and wound it around the plug until it was snug and popped it in. But for some reason they dried rough, not smooth, so I'll need to redo them sometime.

I replaced the horns with a set from a 2009 Bullitt, and continued to hack away at the lower grille opening, in anticipation of getting a Roush open grille kit installed soon ...

Why the Bullitt horns? What's the difference?

Was hoping they'd be the same as the girlfriend's GT500 horns ... I need to hear them side by side and she's not home yet, but so far I don't think they're louder than what I had.

At least they were fairly easy to do through the newly wide-open grille, lol

I see. Yeah I honked at some idiot in an Altima today, signaled and switched lanes right into me. I downshifted and floored in 4th because he didn't hear my horn I'll probably just get a set of Hella horns then.

Or whatever Ford put on the 1998 F-150 because the horn on our old truck was loud AF lol!
