Typical
My wife got me some interior bits for the Mustang for my birthday. One of the parts is wrong (for a coupe, not a convertible). So I *try* to go to their website to let them know, but it isn't working, it's been offline for 3 days now.
Does anyone know if this is a terminal problem for UPR?
(I just want the correct bits!!)

Spoke to a chap there.......I totally forgot that there had been a hurricane in FL, apparently it has knocked the power out and it won't be back on till Tuesday, hence why the email and website are not working...........I feel really small now.....

They get stuff wrong alot though. My dad ordered a cup holder bezel and it came in with screws instead of how he ordered it. They were nice on the phone and admitted that whoever pulled the order had screwed up, but he still had to pay the shipping to get it back to them. He ordered a shifter **** and it came in priced higher than advertised. I like there stuff, but they need to be a little more careful filling orders. One good thing is, they do get it right eventually.
