You guys see the latest overhaulin?
I gotta say it was the best stang they did yet. The guy had the prostreet treatment done to it and chip took the fat rear meats and swapped them with one heck of a seriously awesome rim and tire combo.

I personally have never cared for 22" wheels on a classic Mustang. Overall I thought the car was awesome and the guy who got the car seemed like a person who really deserved it, unlike Lance Armstrong.

man that cas awesome! all that meat!
honestly i didnt think 22s would look good on the stang, but since the wheelwells were tubbed and enlarged, it looked right at home, expecially with that big hiney fender flare!!!
one Question: what happened to courtney? i was dissapointed

yeah with the tubbed rear those deep dishers looked great..as for courtney who knows. FOr whatever reason alot of people on the forums on discovery don't like her so maybe they fired her.
Good to see Charlie too.

Thought it was funny how Foose "stuck it" to Boyd by showing Charlie and Mike on the show. They mentioned that Charlie was the best painter in the country and had done Foose's last award winning car. Wonder if Mike is now using Foose's time to work on wheels for Boyd!!!!
I'm usually not a big fan of Foose wheels. He tends to put too large a wheel where it doesn't belong (IMO).
However, those rears looked $%&#ing SMOKING on that car. The fronts were just ok. Remainder of the car was very well done.

Any of you guys get a chance to watch Overhaulin last night??...That was the sweetest lookin car I have ever seen
For those who didn't catch it, Foose and the gang fixed up a '67
Mustang. That car was a thing of beauty. All black, custom front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper, gorgeous interior and get this, one off Foose 20" wheels in the front and 22" out back. The lip on the rear wheels must have been at least 5"-6" deep. :worship: :worship: Just awesome!!! They didn't give any info about the engine, but it sounded bad-a**.
If anyone has any pics or vidcap of the show, please post it up.

I saved it to watch today, but did catch a glimpse of the car. Wow, fantastic. Of course, the '67 has always been one of my favorites.
Did they tub the rear to get those wheels in there? Whatever they did, I liked it (from what I saw).
That show is great, but I wish they do a better job of showing the car. They fly the camera around so quickly, it is very difficult to take in all the detail, or even get a good overall picture of it. But Foose and crew do an amazing job.
I really liked last weeks T-bird as well.

The car was amazing! Those wheels looked completely insane
The only thing I didn't like was the shelby tail-lights. I think the original tri-bars are much nicer looking, and of course, a trademark of the 'stang. They should've left them alone imo.

That car is awesome!!! He did the one thing I would do to a 67-68 Mustang fastback... Shelby taillights without the duck tail. One question though, where did he move the fuel door to? Am I missing something?
That had to be the most stunning Mustang (or car) I have ever seen. Truly a thing of beauty. With those huge rear wheels it literaly looked like one of those toy cars. And I loved the pinstriping to complement the stripes. Oh yeah, and it was black with silver stripes, like mine ;-).
Gave me some great ideas for my own ride =).
