Sounds system probs

I just got a new head unit for my 98, a kenwood excelon, and when the radio plays my 2 subs and all 4 speakers work great, but when I plug my iPhone into the auxiliary and play music only the left side speakers and sub work. My fadesand balances are all set to 0. Does anyone know why this is happening? Or how to fix it?

How are you connecting your phone/aux? Sounds like maybe a bad connection.

There'd an aux hole on the front and I'm just going straight into there.

:hehe:

I was thinking a bad red/white rca cable connection, but that's out. Have you already tried a different mp3 player and a different cable?

I'm going to try a different cable when I get home. That's what I'm thinking it is.
