Just when I thought I had everything cleared with the return I had of the JET Chip, all the puzzle pieces came together as to why I still have not received my refund. I used two different card to purchase 2 different products. T/B Spacer & JET Module. For days I have not seen the refund credited back to my card. I called them several days, finally, they tell me that they credited my VISA, when I purchsed the chip using my MASTERCARD, dumb-hiney's. I go to look at my Visa statement. Its only credited for $150. I asked them, about the other 50 dollars, cause I payed 200 for it. "we charge a 20% restocking fee for all return items." Well guess what, they charged me 25%!!!!! I think that is total bull. I've had it with RPM Outlet, and their crappy customer service. I will no longer be buying from them, no matter how low the price is for parts. I'll be purchasing somewhere else. :angry:

Sorry to hear about that, Paul. I never bought anything from RPM Outlet but to me customer service is more important than price. I like CJ Pony Parts and Latemodel Restoration Supply (5.0 Resto) they are both very helpful and friendly even though LRS is a few bucks more on average.
