Rear rebuilt AGAIN

This time I took it to a guy who only does rear ends. He replaced the crush washer with a solid washer. There's a break in procedure for the first 200 miles which I will be following exactly. He says after that I can beat on it mercilessly. Sounds good so far. Can't go faster than 50 but so far so good. Fingers crossed lol

Good luck. Setting up a rear end is tricky. Experience goes a very long ways when rebuilding them. I was trained to use gauges and different specialty tools and never had one come out well. Then I was retrained by an old tech that just knows how to set them up without all the technical measurements and tools. Much better luck after that. This is one upgrade that directions and YouTube videos won't walk you through. Let the pros handle that one.
