Pro 5.0 customer service

OK so Saturday my shift linkage broke and I lost a bushing for my Pro 5.0 shifter. I tried calling the company in hopes of ordering a new set of these brass bushings and I just got voicemail. Then I emailed the address on their site. Within a couple hours I got a reply from the guy that works there (no idea what his name is). To my delight he just asked for my mailing address and said he would send me a new set at no charge! I was stoked! I mean I know it's not a lot of money but I thought it was a very nice gesture. It's not like the shifter failed, it was the shift rod that broke. He said I should get them in a few days and to let him know once I've received them. Anyway, I figured I'd post a thread giving props and a thank you to Pro 5.0. I know a lot of you guys are all about the MGW but the Pro 5.0 shifter for the S197 is really really good.

Yea no doubt. I would have been happy with the guy responding with a price and asking for my CC number. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Thanks for posting this, as these are the reasons aftermarket companies try and treat their customers so well. Before now, I was only considering MGW, now I might give it a second thought. And that is how it is supposed to work!

MGW also has very good customer service. I agree very nice to see when a company steps up to the plate but PRO 5.0. has had a really good rep. along with steeda.

Would be a nicer world if more companies had that type of service.
