Too bad they would be around 100 years old now.

Tom-Can't see the pics till I get home.

So I've been asking around at ModFords and S197 and the consensus seems to be that I should be a atleast a 10th or two quicker. I'm hoping Doug's tweak (keeping me in 3rd through through the traps) is good for atleast a tenth. As long as I break into the 12's I'll be happy. After that I'll focus on consistency so I can participate in the bracket races at Barona.

You'll have to start all over again once the S/C goes in.

It was??

Bad reviews.. look 'cartoonish'.. etc.
Without seeing it, it looks like they missed the mark by a mile, and I'm a big Speed Racer fan from way back when!

I like Gigantor! Any of you guys remember that show. I think I have a Laser Disc with four episodes on it. I'm going to digitize it to DVD

On task for tonight well the NAS200 is up an running, my mass network storage is busy taking files... It's alive

I have some pictures of us having a brew at Portillios from Saturday...

Later that evening:

I'm cooking Turkey soup right now!

I know this is nutty post but oh well

Jed

+2

Tom-The pics look great.

Canton tanks came in today. Finished polishing up the Power steering one. Took me about 30 minutes. Probably not as shiny as Bill's but good enough for me. I'll probably do the coolant tank tomorrow.
Only good pic from Barona.

Also picked up one of these on the way home form work.

At least I wasn't the only one that thought it looked bad. Had the chance to see it Friday and saw Sarah Marshall instead, meh.

Tanks look good Leo... but do I see a scratch Garmin is nice.

Tom, the pics are great it looked like it was a great day. Wheels are a great compliment.

Yeah he told me about the scratch before hand. Good thing is that that end faces the engine so no one will ever see it unless they stick their head in the engine bay and look back towards themselves.

Jed- Your electric meter probably now spins faster than a 45.
Nice pics too! Now I feel like having a brew!
I barely remember Gigantor, but did watch it. Now, Giant Robot was the bomb!

Leo- Tanks look good. So you like the Mothers Billet polish? That stuff is like magic!

Bargain shopping makes a little $$ go a long way.

Yeah that stuffs amazing. I probably could've just skipped the mag polish and went straight for the billet polish.
