Jed if SoCal was a coupl hours drive I'd do it in a heartbeat. But you all are like a week away, lol. Proffessional looking pictures would be awsome. Actually Im trying to get my friends dad who does photography to take pictures(photo shoot).

About 1 1/2 hours for the coolant tank, 1 hour for the PS tank.
The Powerball process actually took longer to do compared to the hand polishing.
Make sure you put a good amount on the surface before Powerballing.

I can hook you up with everything you'll need (minus the drill motor) this Saturday if you ask me nicely.

Backing up to yesterday's carshow...

The guy with the Saleen showed me his dyno results. I thought the numbers would've been higher.

Also interesting that Saleen put in an IAT gauge.

All donations will funneled into the fund to purchase a Forged Bottom End. Except for administrative costs, primarily hookers and blow, the Forged Bottom End will be the best that your money can buy. So do right by your fellow man and give.... and give often.

I'll do it by hand then and pretend I'm polishing a boot.

Those numbers are probably from the stock Saleen tune.

Also FYI, the Saleen blowers have a IAT sensor right in the intake runner after the intercooler. My Aeroforce guages read from this sensor since my factory IAT wires were hooked up to the Saleen sensor instead of the factory location.

Wasn't that car an auto like Leo's ?? They didn't lock out the TQ so I think that he needs to find another place to get it dyno'd.

IAT.... I've read that relocation, in my case, to mimic Saleen's (after the intercooler) is an excellent thing to do. Most are before the blower/intercooler so you're not getting an accurate reading. Don't know about gauges though. Too many and then you have too many things to worry you and look at.

You'll be there forever and a day if you try the whole polishing thing by hand. Only the final billet polish was done by hand, the prelim stuff was by Powerball.

The majority of people at Barona are "hardcore" drag guys. It's Qualcomm where you got all the imports and young crowd.

LOL Mark, was reading somewhere that you were falsely advertising.

LOL - yeah the haters...

Just talking advantage of the fact I haven't had it on 1/4 track since the new build. They don't think 1/8 mile times count...

I'm hoping to be there tonight and will know in a couple hours. So far - it looks good.

Hopefully, some speed junkie will want to buy it and allow me to get a GT500...

That guy was pissed that his numbers weren't much better than me, but he still wasn't as mad as Leo, I thought he was going to kill someone

If you go, good luck on the 1/4 track Mark!

If you do eventually get a GT500, I'm guessing it won't be stock for long.

Just be glad Leo didn't have a few beers in him at the time... a chingasos would've ensued for sure!
