Ponies on The Run (Again)
Team Mustang Source
Not in order.
Bill is right. I still have them and still lust after putting them back on when I have a beater to drive around daily. No stink-eye (and less trumpeting) = O/R H for me.
Tom been looking at the lower inserts since Leo put them on his, they look great and no I didn't notice that it was crooked. Daryl would have.
no more **** or seed talk OK....
FWIW, cops (except GMSs ones) are supposed to be good for a FI car. You're complaining about 4 bills for something RED and good for your car
What is the difference between a narrowband A/F and wideband. I was looking and found the set I think I'll get Comp Plus (I think) Boost, H2O Temp and Wideband A/F (no need for fuel pressure, if the pressure tanks it will reflect in the A/F). I am also considering a shift light probably raptor as part of the pillar pod. 1k for gauges.... jeesh.
OH yeah... probably going 275/40-18 all around too. KDW2's. It's only money.

Seriously, though... since you are right there, you could try out Brian's if he'll let you. Relatively easy swap.

I'd get one, but I just can't stand watching it move. Too late, though - I already ordered the dual, and not the triple, pod set-up.

Bill don't blame you on the comment back to the guy, at least he's somewhat accepting blame, still trying to deflect it back you to that you need to consider some people can't read or comprehend what they're reading is weak sauce.

Well now that that's been said there's nothing left but to try it out Luis. This is once in a lifetime oppertunity to try a mod before you buy.
Like Leo mentioned, will require a tune or a set of MIL Eliminators (little thingies that get attached inline with your O2 sensors in tricking them that the cats are still there).
My recommendation? Hold off until you try out the Stingers. They may be just right for you.

Here's the skinny.. wideband shows the A/F numbers ($$$), narrow band doesn't ($$).
275's on the factory Bullitts? The man's got *****!
I want inaccurate.
Actually, I just want matching Ultra Lite II gauges (no wideband).
No tune adjustment necessary.
Will the real Indiana please step forward?

Let me ask a hypothetical question here, if my stock saleen mass air meter is 95mm and the C&L is 95mm is a tune really necessary? Do you guys get what I'm asking here? I know getting a tune is necessary for proper air fuel mix but if I'm already tuned for 95mm?

Luis-You should play the lottery tonight.
Brian-If in fact your going 275's all around on the stock bullits I wouldn't worry about it. The guy at tire discount said he's done before on other customer cars with no problems. Come to think of it I'm kind of kicking myself for not asking him if I could see what it would look like with the 275's on the car.
I get what your saying. I wasn't aware the PJ had a 95mm air meter. I think you should be fine but then again what do I know. I'm just a noobie car mech.

Jeez guys, go to class one day and I'm a POTR week behind.
Rationalle: Even with the stock GT's MAF (93mm?), there are different tune parameters for different types of intakes (eg. stock, K&N, JLT, C&L, etc.).
