Finding someone to pay more for a modded car is always iffy at best.

I knew that they were always way off in terms of being current but I didn't think it was that bad. Then again isn't the December issue due out shortly ??

I've been looking like crazy for a place willing to sell it today but no luck.
I will be getting a copy myself (actually, my friend and I are getting each other copies for our birthdays! LOL) I can't wait to play him online!

I'm talking about the price of the Challenger. I wouldn't get the first year, I would get the 2nd year (2010), so that's why I would trade in 2009. Then they can work out some bugs and dealer mark-up won't be as high. Also, I wouldn't trade my car in at a Dodge dealer. I would sell it on eBay. Let them fight over it!

I thought that too, until the Challenger... that thing is going to be awesome! 
I bet I could make more money on eBay than locally. I would never BUY a car on eBay - no way. But SELL a car? Heck yeah! I've done it for a couple people already. It's amazing what happens in the last hour... minute... seconds...

I do a lot of business on eBay, but I would never try to buy or sell a car on there. I know people who have gotten screwed bad by people selling cars on eBay. Selling isn't quite so bad, but I think you can get a lot more selling locally or w/e. It is a pretty easy way to do it though.

What site are you using to get these numbers? KBB? If so, you can't use Excellent... no matter how perfect of shape it's in.

In that case... mine is 26,600 (trade-in) and 29,380 (private-party) and I paid $30,100.
But don't know of any dealer that will be willing to give you Excellent for trade-in. Now for Private-Party, I would demand excellent, especially for your car.
