I e-mailed Mustang Tuning about the sale price of $699.00 they had a month or so ago. If they honor that price, I will order the unit immediately, otherwise I will have to talk myself into it.

Well it looks like I might be taking my car back to the dealership for a TSB.
Since I have taken two long trips now I have experienced the hesitation problem on both trips.
After a 40 Mile run at 80MPH followed by two short 9Mile and 15 Mile stretches at around 70MPH I came to a stop light. Light turns Green and I accelerate briskly, whappppp, loss of power then regains and takes off
That is the third time this has happened
New TSB out that requires the replacement of the fuel pump but has apparently fixed the problem.

Bill you changed to 12" Stripes ? Good boy.
After seeing pics of the Shakers definitely no PC'd Cam Covers or fuel rails for me.
Guess I will have to do something unique with the aluminum Mustang Strips on the side.

The more I think about the install, the more confidence I'm gaining.
With patience and proper layout, I think my bro-in-law and I can handle it. I'm still planning on doing that test run on the front bumper with the sample strip I have just to see what it's like working with the vinyl.
I mentioned it before, but here's Sal's response on how to remove the layers of polish.
(my question) When the time comes for me to install some vinyl racing stripes or a body kit that uses 3M adhesive, what is the best way to strip and remove the layers of Z-2 PRO? (Not the whole car, but localized areas on the body)
(Sal's response) There are many commercial body shop products that are specifically designed to remove polish/wax to prep a surface prior to painting. Isopropyl Alcohol will also remove Zaino.
btw Daryl, did you receive your BSM stripe kit yet?

As Bill and I discussed, we should even mount the shaker scoop first and make sure the center point of that matches the center point of where they tell you to cut.
I'll probably order mine around mid-June.

Being that the Shaker is a cosmetic mod and will be quite visible from the exterior, center positioning of the ram air scoop is essential.
To me, location priority should be given to the hood cut-out and not dictated by where the Shaker sits on the intake plenum.
If the scoop intake isn't centered sitting on the intake, mounting holes will need to be slotted and/or modification to some of the angle brackets will need to be made in order for the scoop to fit evenly within the hood cut-out.
It will be no easy walk in the park for you guys, but when done correctly and not rushed, you'll be rewarded with a straight and evenly mounted Shaker.

Me and 2 of my buddies installed the sunroof in my Tacoma when it was less than a year old! Now, that was nerve racking. Drilling the first hole in the roof and jigsawing it was an experience!
Worst case for you guys... buy a new hood.
For me, it was... a new truck?
