I'd say it was in the mid-50's, but windy (maybe 15 mph).

I contemplated not going because of the wind and almost scrubbed the outing. I had visions of dust being blown all over my baby.

But, I man'd up and took her out into the hostile environment! Besides, I wouldn't hear the end of it from Brian!

Yeah, just great. Another 300 bucks. I was seriously hoping I wouldn't like it or it'd be as notchy as the hurst, but it's not . So it goes on the list. Still hoping to get some front end fascia/chin spoiler and a ducktail first.

Hey I was out there in shorts and a t-shirt. It was chilly but not cold in my book.

To say the least. I can understand if it's raining and just crappy weather but windy and cold doesn't count.

My uncle bought a 69 Road Runner that was about the same color as that stang. It had been a pace car at the Riverside (I think) racetrack. It had been sitting on the lot for 3 months when he bought it and he made them pull the sickers off... And then repaint it as the paint had faded enough to see where the stickers were.

I'm just happy there weren't any dust bowls going on in the parking lot.

To show you guys how windy it was, did you notice nobody had their hoods open?

It's always much more fun to spend someone else's money...Now do I sell the Stingers or the MagnaFlows to get some extra cash flow.
Thanks I will later tonight. I have to wash my car tonight to get that gunk off the side of it... and just in time for the rain... yeah !

It was windy at the Fantasy of Flight show... so much my picture I hang from the hood of the '89 was blowing all over the place... and up into the underside of the hood. This pic didn't really catch it, but you can see it leaning back being blown around:

We all had our hood up... and tops down.

I thought the Magnaflows were going out the door for sure? Now the Stingers may go?

I think someone wants that MGW shifter bad..

You can also sell the Hurst too, pointless to have 2 aftermarket shifters.

Speaking of that, I should sell my Saleen Adapter.

Wind is okay, as long as it's not kicking up a mini tornado of dust and dirt. I would just hate to have to wash my car for the 3rd time!

Thank God Tom was referring to his car's top.

The MagnaFlows will go up for sale as soon as I'm able to put the Stingers back on. I should not have mentioned the stingers at all. Whoops. The hurst I might be able to let loose for 100 bucks...

In all reality I want the ducktail and fascia/cdc spoiler first. I want to get the exterior done that way I don't ahve to worry about it any more. Speaking of Ducktail I can ditch the CDC 3rd brake light I have I won't need it any more.

Brian go with the CDC. It looks just as good as the CS,won't drain your wallet, and you won't have to deal with a body/paint shop.

WTF is Steve???? I'm wondering if he's planning on going down to Knott's this weekend.

One more fugly mod

Sorry but this one needed it's own post. Warning may cause you to gouge your eyes out.
http://www.v6mustangstuff.com/V6ShakerKit.htm

Only postive is that the shroud or lack there of looks better than CDC's shroud.

Some place that I can't help you find. It says "not conv".

Think of the drop in wind resistance with those nozzle covers!

ME BLEEDIN' EYES!!!

I couldn't stop laughing looking at those pics!

Why on Earth would a company trying to sell their product show pics of a filthy and botched up installation???

Let me illustrate..

Duct clamps crooked as an Oakie's front teeth (no offense, Daryl ) and a rusted out strut bolt?

What am I supposed to be looking at in this pic? Dirt, dust, and crooked oil cap?

Leo, come to your senses! This is one fugly Shaker set-up! I'm expecting to see some red robot eyes lighting up through the scoop grilles!

Here's the companies website for your entertainment.
http://www.suncoastperformancegroup.com/1562547.html

Bill-All I said was I like the shroud. I like the fact it doesn't cover up the engine as much plus it looks like Shaker's on the real Mach1's. If they switched to the normal shaker scoop it would look alot better and probably sell. With that said I hope alot of Socal guys go ahead and buy these.

What was made up for in wind resistance would be lost in weight gains.

Hilarious, that is the first thing that popped in my mind too.

Bill did you cry upon seeing that engine bay. WTF?? Even mine here in the dustbowl of America doesn't look that bad.
