No, I'll wait until at least next Wednesday or Thursday to drive. I really don't want to do anything that may prevent me from going back to work ASAP. From what I hear now, it won't be until the 20th - the day after the 3 week mark.

Got my SCT at 6:40pm. I'll try it tomorrow. I'm in the process of hooking my SCT up to my pc to check out which tunes are on the SCT. BTW did you guys get a "minicd" with your sct??? I'm assuming that's the disc with the all the tunes but find it wierd that it's one of those mini discs that looks like it's been cut on the sides.

Well I figured out that the small cd has all five of my tunes. I also figured out how to use the "liveload" program to switch out the tunes you have on your sct. Bill's working on posting a how to. I don't really think you'll need it to figure it out. I give this a 1 on the difficulty scale.

That CD you got is one of those business card CD's, cut to make it look like one.

I emailed the guy that makes these and asked if he could sell me one cheaper in just it's steel form before having it Triple Chromed. I got a reply tonight and he's sending me a steel one for $20 with the clips -- much better than $65! If it turns out looking worse than I thought, then I'm only out $20.
I'll prime it and paint it flat black and take some pics for the nay-sayers (you just might like it). I'm going to try to have it on in time for the MOSI show.

I just pm'ed Richard (the guy that's always posting his detail jobs) not to mention the guy who's awesome job made my stang a trophy winner. I was asking what he used in my engine bay and on my front grill because it still looks like it was just applied. Anyways so he told me he used some of this. The best part is that it's a spray on so it goes on easy and looks great. I know your all zaino fans but hey just throwing it out there. For $25 you can get three cans of this stuff. Here's the link. http://www.adamspolishes.com/site/de...369A&killnav=1
Tom I highly recommend you get this before your show.

I do want a spray, because the Zaino is hard to apply to different parts of the engine compartment if there are nooks and crannies.
I'll wait though... remember, "good workmanship on mods (fit and finish) and basic cleanliness" are what the judges are looking for in this show. I don't think you would lose points if it is "just clean", and not "clean and shiny".
I will bookmark that for the future, though.
Bill, since the forum update this morning your link under your name doesn't work anymore. In fact, your Mod thread is totally gone. I looked at "Posts started by TacoBill" and it isn't on there.

You probably won't lose points for it not being shiny but I'm sure it can help make the difference between placing and not placing. Especially when all you have to do is "spray" it down. I think it show's the judges you went that extra step. Well that's my .02. I'm sure Bill will agree.
BTW-After seeing SHR's cupholder bezels I've decided I'll go with the MGW bezel.
Question about MGW Oil cap and Dipstick handle: They're both available with the either the GT or pony logo so should I get both parts with the same logo or switch it up and buy the oil cap with a gt logo and the dipstick with a pony?
