Getting sore from installations is due to not enough lubrication of your internal workings. I saw some alcohol, but not nearly enough. I think I documented this during my header install last year- a 12pk is necessary for this job (that's a 12pk per person). With this, the only part of your body that hurts the next day is your head.

Great advice Tom I think with every install where the brew is introduced it's a balance of entertainment and zoombieisum. Next install I'm launching the Heineken mini keg!

Boy was it fun! I'm sore, but mainly on my neck from all the awkward angles trying to get those stupid nuts.

Brian - I do not blame you one bit for going home and never coming out I saw you hurt shoulders, break benches, wrench welded-on nuts Good times

George - What can you say about magic hands? Guess you still won't get a day off You're an essential part for every install

Leo - Thanks for the turn signals. I really like them. Gives it a new look. Now I'm thinking of slightly tinting the tailights to balance it out a little

Kevin - Big Kudos for all the help. Very subtle but important aid there.

Jed - The mini keg sounds good from now on How do you help from beginning to very end and still manage to remember to take pics is beyond me.

Bill - Good times that night Dizzy make the day worth it We need to all go out sometime soon.

So... Who's next for headers?

today was a pretty good sports day:
racing: rossi wins at strange indy, biffle wins in NH, vittel wins at monza (too bad it wasnt hamilton), and we have drag racing to go

Baseball: braves and red sox win

football has been on all day, hoping for a cowboys win tomorrow!

I was going to watch F1 this morning, but when I got up I was already late for it and then it proceeded to rain so hard for 2 hours that the satellite wouldn't work. Then I caught the last lap and missed Rossi's win other than it was red flagged with 7 laps to go and he won, 4 in a row right? Best thing I saw today was Kyle Busch with a broken vehicle, awe too bad Kyle, couldn't happen to a better sportsman. Baseball...yawn. Football, I just couldn't find a game today that kept me interested. But you are right, Monday night pulling for a Cowboys win, and the utter humiliation of Donovan McNabb.

Fly,
Next time don't strain so hard, make Leo's nuts come to you.

I think I just threw up a little in my mouth over my own post.

so did i!

yup 4 in a row for rossi, i think his points lead over 2nd is up to 80-85, he rode fantastically today. I do like a P.O.ed Kyle Bush, meaning that he didnt win

+2......

Speaking of humiliation, where's Leo....... looks like your boy Favre just got smoked by the NFL's most rookie quarterback; the first rookie might I add to beat Favre ever during their first rookie game.

That's just wrong. And if it didn't hurt to laugh right now I'd be laughing.

LOL

Seeing Kyle with a busted car so early in the race made my day. Was hoping Jr had a better car and where the heck did "the Bif" come from ?? Couldn't get my lazy azz outta bed for the 4:30 Monza, then during the Loudon broadcast they were talking about vickers watching his teammate Vettel take his maiden victory. Thanks. Still great to hear a victory for Minardi... I mean Toro Rosso.

Didn't watch any football Gotta change that. Don't like either the 'Boys or the Eagles but will like to see Dallas stomp all over McNabb. Just because.

This San Diego/Denver game has been a good one. Shanahan has big giant brass ones for going for 2 with :29 seconds left and only needing 1 to tie.

That's fine but I'm a Packer fan first Favre fan second. So with that said the Pack sit's at 2-0 and the Cowboys come to Lambeau next week. Either way it's not like Favre and the rook where the only ones on the field. The Patriots are obviously the better team with or without Brady. If you want to compare stats though since that's the only way to fairly compare two "individuals".

Favre
18-26 181yds 1 TD

Rook
16-23 165yds O TD

BTW-GO EAGLES!!!!

Aaron Rogders looks amazing his first two weeks. Glad to see the GM's decision working out.

Well Leo you may be right, and the Pack may even win next week, but the opponent this week was argueably one of the 4 worst teams in NFL.

I have never liked Aaron Rodgers, ever since Cal, when he thought they should have gone to BCS game against Michigan in Rose Bowl, and then got his *** handed to him by Texas Tech. Yeah, Texas Tech. I like your Packers, Kampman, Hawk, Driver, Grant, I like the team, but I dislike the QB. I guess that's just the way the NFL works out.

But go Eagles? You cut me real deep man, that hurts.

I'll give you that the lions are the lions. That's why I'm looking foward towards next week to see how they do against everyone's NFC superbowl canidate. Don't watch college football so all I knew was he came from Cal. He's seems like a decent guy from the interviews I've seen him in.

Yup. Even though the Eagles had that whole 4th & 26th thing with the Pack a few years back I still like Mcnabb more than Tony Romo and TO. The Cowboys and Raiders are teams I love to hate.

Alot of people feel that way. It's understandable to hate winners. I guess it's why I hate the Patriots. And you are right Rodgers seems like a good guy in all the interviews, but I didn't care for him back then and it kind of carries over. Hopefully everyone's healthy and 2-0 next week and they get to leave it all on the field. It'll be a good match up, Cowboys/Packers, and at least for the Cowboys sake it won't be in December on the frozen tundra!
