Rich, I think that would be better on my car!

Where's Brian when you need him, probably at the BBQ!

I'd call Adam, 909-388-2536, first. The other thing I'd do, the guy is local to SoCal right ?, is find out what is and is not included with what you are buying. I would be worried that not everything is in it and would cause more work, more labor $$ to have it a complete kit. The new kit is around 5300-5600.

Honestly the 800 bucks for the install sounds too cheap. Lord knows I paid more for mine.

I'm a firm believer of not pi$$ing off the cook.

Can't wait for the party tomorrow! Apple Pie shooter is complete and chillin' in the fridge.

Brian, have regular sugar at the pepes house?

2 Questions bill....

1) Blower: Why a windmill instead of a screw?
2) Headers: Why shorties instead of long tubes?

Inquiring minds want to know....

Somewhere called Williams, CA. See that smoke? There was a brush fire nearby.

A little nod to my friend Ray

One of those cool low angle shots that Jed takes

These bugs tried to stop me from leaving

1) After weeks of research, I could not find a way to 'show quality' mount my Shaker on top of any TS blower. The centri allowed me to keep the Shaker and have a blower. I'm very happy the way it looks.. err, will look.

2) Specifically, JBA shorties are one of 2 companies that produce CARB approved (ie. CA emission legal) shorty headers, the other company being Edelbrock. All long tubes are not CARB legal.

And as a side note, my Vortech has a CARB stamp.

Thanks for the reply Brian. The guy stated that everything is included for a complete install. Does this kit come with some sort of tuner? The seller said he has a diablo tuner for sale with a tune for extra $250.

The stock whipple comes with a coupon for the Ford Pro-Cal tool. Send Fordracing your ECU and they send it back programmed. He should be including that too. I would make sure it's everything... I can send you tomorrow a list of what everything is.... I have the checklist from Whipple of what is shipped.

It's even better now. That movie was done the day after it was installed. It seems that the whine picks up around 2500 and above depending how hard you're on the throttle. It's hard to explain. but it's always there, maybe not loud-n-proud but you'll get to the point that you'll hear it often. Even cooler is a little wheeze that you hear when the car starts... the first indication, you ain't stock no mo baby

Aha! I knew you'd have good reasons for that.....so, you mean, after all the stuff you've done/are doing to your car....it still passes smog?

I'm stuck at work a little longer than I wanted. Will arrive probably between 3:00 and 4:00.
