a $4 dollar roll of 1" wide blue painters tape from Home Depot. It's more of a PITA, but it'd work. I'll take pics of guys running this set up tonight. Looks like crap but you protect your car.

I've used that before. I actually have a 2 or 3 inch wide roll. Still a PITA. The new mud flaps should do the trick though. I got the same ones that Kyle has on his car.
