Not in order.
Bill is right. I still have them and still lust after putting them back on when I have a beater to drive around daily. No stink-eye (and less trumpeting) = O/R H for me.

Tom been looking at the lower inserts since Leo put them on his, they look great and no I didn't notice that it was crooked. Daryl would have.

no more **** or seed talk OK....

FWIW, cops (except GMSs ones) are supposed to be good for a FI car. You're complaining about 4 bills for something RED and good for your car

What is the difference between a narrowband A/F and wideband. I was looking and found the set I think I'll get Comp Plus (I think) Boost, H2O Temp and Wideband A/F (no need for fuel pressure, if the pressure tanks it will reflect in the A/F). I am also considering a shift light probably raptor as part of the pillar pod. 1k for gauges.... jeesh.

OH yeah... probably going 275/40-18 all around too. KDW2's. It's only money.

WORK is a bad word at Disney... we aren't even allowed to use it. I think it's in the Union contract.

Definitely! It will sound awesome! Not raspy or crappy at all!

Seriously, though... since you are right there, you could try out Brian's if he'll let you. Relatively easy swap.

Wideband is what you want. More accurate.

I'd get one, but I just can't stand watching it move. Too late, though - I already ordered the dual, and not the triple, pod set-up.

We'll see how much he wants for them (and I'm sure installation will be included ).

I assume that I will have to update my tune with Doug also?

I've got O/R H and Stingers in my DD. I love it. It's only since I did my 4.10 gears that it get's a bit annoying on long highway trips. Like Tom said though you could always test out Brian's assuming he let's you. It only takes an hour to swap it out.

DO IT, DO IT!

If I remember correctly the only bolt on's that require tune changes are O/R H, CMCV Delete's, CAI and Gears. DS and UDP's don't change anything that would require a tune update.

Wow we've got 12+ people here.

Luis, get the stingers and if you want to try out the O/R H let me know. It's cool with me, they're just taking up space in my dad's garage overhead.

is that what it is ??? BTW, thanks for the clarification on wide vs. narrow band, now I know.

Bill don't blame you on the comment back to the guy, at least he's somewhat accepting blame, still trying to deflect it back you to that you need to consider some people can't read or comprehend what they're reading is weak sauce.

Well now that that's been said there's nothing left but to try it out Luis. This is once in a lifetime oppertunity to try a mod before you buy.

Brian has the Pypes O/R-H, 2-pcs unit. They don't make the 2-pc setup anymore.

Like Leo mentioned, will require a tune or a set of MIL Eliminators (little thingies that get attached inline with your O2 sensors in tricking them that the cats are still there).

My recommendation? Hold off until you try out the Stingers. They may be just right for you.

COP's.. I know I can benefit from them.. I hate you guys.

Here's the skinny.. wideband shows the A/F numbers ($$$), narrow band doesn't ($$).

275's on the factory Bullitts? The man's got *****!

I want inaccurate.

Actually, I just want matching Ultra Lite II gauges (no wideband).

For you Ray.. I'll help you install them (limited time offer ).

No tune adjustment necessary.

Let me ask a hypothetical question here, if my stock saleen mass air meter is 95mm and the C&L is 95mm is a tune really necessary? Do you guys get what I'm asking here? I know getting a tune is necessary for proper air fuel mix but if I'm already tuned for 95mm?

That's true Brian's got the coveted two piece. Makes install that much easier. From what I hear the four piece is a PITA. I say do the Stingers and O/R H together and then fathom how you could ever go back to the stock H.

Luis-You should play the lottery tonight.

Brian-If in fact your going 275's all around on the stock bullits I wouldn't worry about it. The guy at tire discount said he's done before on other customer cars with no problems. Come to think of it I'm kind of kicking myself for not asking him if I could see what it would look like with the 275's on the car.

I get what your saying. I wasn't aware the PJ had a 95mm air meter. I think you should be fine but then again what do I know. I'm just a noobie car mech.

Interesting question.. my guess is if you want to optimize/maximize the additional airflow of the C&L (filter and elbow), you'll need a tune for it. I'm pretty sure it'll be okay driving around normally, but when you go full throttle, you might go lean.

Rationalle: Even with the stock GT's MAF (93mm?), there are different tune parameters for different types of intakes (eg. stock, K&N, JLT, C&L, etc.).
