Auto Zone has 5 quarts of Mobil 1 full synthetic (any weight) and a Mobil 1 filter for $29.99 right now. Saved me $17 before tax for an oil change for the vert.

Good deal! I still can't run it for another 2k miles or so though.

You just have to buy an additional quart, right?

It's weird. One more quart for the 4.6, but for the old 5.0 5 quarts is it.

That pretty much sums it up for me....wanted to make sure everything survives the power bump.

Last items might be 373's (Stay tuned) and possibly a pillar mout gauge mount for boost etc.

Any suggestions are welcome.

This is strange coming from me, the guy with 7 extra gauges in the cockpit. However if I had to do it all over again I would pass on the Air/Fuel gauge and boost gauge. I never really look at them and in the event something goes wrong under a stressful condition it's going to be to late to do any good. Ask anyone that's blown a motor it happens so fast you can't believe you dropped the bottom end. Op's sorry I'm preaching to the quire. The boost gauge is entertaining to watch when I remember to do that, of the three would keep fuel pressure most.

I went boost and fuel pressure and that's all I wanted. I'm happy with mine. I didn't want to have too many gauges.

even better.... Go to the closer Kragen ask them to price match and then pay the Autozone sale price at Kragen that is only a block away. Lazy and save money too...

I watch the boost gauge but it hits 10 and occansionally goes to 11, enter your Spinal Tap joke here, and it never really waivers. The A/F gauge is too predictable it drops down to 11 or so under WOT and doesn't do a lot either or deviate from the norm. I look at them when I need to but typically I don't need to.
