Do you have battery problems with 3.1 ?

I still have the old-n-moldy 2G and no battery problems have occured.

no not so much if I play a lot of videos sure it sucks it up FAST but I gave my 3G to my son so he has Ver 3.1 I have a new 3GS and it came 3.0.1 ? and I think is ok
