Sorry To Jump In And Be Completly Off Topic But...

I was planning on ordering my SCT from Doug this week but according to his site he's in Napa Valley for the week. Maybe I should drive up there and have him custom tune it on a dyno for me. That would be sweet but I don't think I want to drive 6+ hours.

I think I post to much. I'm have more than half the amount of posts you guys have and probably reached it in less than half the time. I need to get a life.

Nah, you have to remember Bill, Tom, Susan and I lost about 2-3 months worth of posts when they upgraded

Went out to the garage today and the car was leaning way back to the passenger side. I picked up a HUGE screw on the way home last night. I actually heard it when I picked it up. Tick Tick Tick Tick, but it went away, so I forgot about it.

Guess it slowly leaked over night because ALL the air was out of the tire this morning. It's getting repaired as we type.

Hey, this is a life! Better than sitting on the couch watching TV. At least here, you're learning something and letting us spend your money!
Give him a call on his cell, he's really easy to talk to and he can tell you what the quickest avenue is to get the XCal2 and tune.
Speaking of tunes, what 3 are you going to request?

Who cares about the number of posts we lost, what's more tragic was all the bookmarks, pics, and reference posts that went bye bye.

That sux. I know you dismounted the wheel yourself and just took the tire in for repair, huh?

True, true...

Definitely! Even removed the center cap for them! I kept the "screw" that screwed me... I'll take a pic of it later.

Well, his have to come off even to remove the wheel from the car. I just take mine off so when they go to balance the tire, they won't scratch it or lose it.

By the way, my spine (yikes) surgery is this Thursday morning at 10:30 am. I have a herniated disk, so they have to go in to remove the crap that squished out and is pressing against my Sciatic Nerve.

Bill- I'm planning on getting the 87,89T,91T as well as the 91R and 91P for now. He said he didn't mind throwing in a couple extra tunes on a cd for me along with my order when I asked.

Tom-Good Luck on the surgery I'm sure your tire problem only adds to the problem. BTW is your tired covered or are you going to have to pay for it?

Ouch! That sounds like a painful situation.

Did you make arrangements at the hospital to wire in an internet connection to your recovery room for your laptop so you can keep in touch with us?

Seriously, hope all goes well.

It's an out-patient procedure. Only 2 hours. So, I plan on going to work the next day... but I might be mistaken!

Darn, wish I would have asked for extra tunes, too! Tire replacement will be free.

Not sure I want to know...

Bill - I forgot to congratulate you!

Tom - I will be thinking about you this Thurs. I'll be in VEGAS Baby!!!
(Yes, there's a hidden message - Tom taught me that, way back in the day.) I do wish you the best. Spine surgery sounds really scary. So post as soon as you're in recovery. I want to know that you're alright.

Leo - no such thing as posting too much.

You guys crack me up with the talk about Courtney.

Hi Daryl and Mike and Mike!!

Just found out it COULD be 4-6 weeks before I go back to work! Holy cow! I'm going to shoot for more like 2-3 weeks (even though that seems like way too long to me). I'll find out more tomorrow when I talk to the surgeon. That's a long time without pay... wish we had AFLACK!

Just went to Vegas last year... it was great! Have a wonderful time!

If I can't drive for that long I'll have 1 day to try out my 87 torque tune. The tire is ready to pick up, so I'll get that tomorrow and then I'll have Wednesday to try out the tune.

What other forums or mustang websites do you all frequent?

Myself
allfordmustangs ***
modularfords ***
2005stang **
corral **
stangnet **
mustangworld *****

Rating scale
***** Excellent
**** Good
*** Average
** Below Average
* Cr@p

I check out all of the above forums but am only active on allfordmustangs and that's only because they have a san diego county thread. Even then I don't have a sig or an avtar setup. TMS IMO is by far the best and most active forum.
