Getting a motor BAR legal

Does anyone know how you can bar your car in the state of California??? I need help

do you mean "how can i get my car Calif emission compliant" -- is this a 49 state car?

it will tell you on the emission tag under the hood, or the VIN sticker in the door jamb.
