I am not sure what is going on ... I just filled out the form in Safari. Try clearing your cookies or trying a different computer.

Good to hear.
BTW, I haven't heard back from Frank about my spring issue, do you have any insight? Maybe I can use the convertible rear Sport springs to lift the rear of the car a bit?
