Curious - what are your top 3 likes / dislikes of your Mustang?

Just curious what everyone really likes, and dislikes about their Mustang? Mine is a 2013 Race Red V6 Premium.

I'll go first:

Likes:

1. Pony Projector Lamps
2. MyColor
3. Glass Roof

Dislikes:

1. Color (sorry Race Red fans....I'm really a die hard Orange girl)
2. Hood - I really loved the 10-12 hoods....not so much the 13/14 V6 hood
3. Solid Black Interior - wish it were two-tone Lava Red, or Stone, or Saddle, or .... not just black!

Check ebay for Saddle interiors. They come up every now and then from Roush/Saleens that have been modified

There's a set on there now, but $1500. There's always seat covers, I guess....and these seem like they would fit the bill of not being "just black"

"winter" At least you aren't further east! Vancouver's winters aren't too bad....well, most of the time (said the former Bellingham resident).

That's interesting....not much, if any, salt used in WA state. Lots and lots of sand though. I always hated late winter/early spring - really had to watch the sand on the roads the first few trips out on the motorcycle every year. In between rains, lol.

Good

1) Driving top down
2) Rowing through the gears
3) Black w/Cashmere stripe interior (401A)

Not so good

1) No more black cars
2) It's not a Shelby
3) How sad it looks under cover in the garage for the winter

In the 2005 4.0L,

Likes:

1. The Windveil Blue Colour
2. The sound of the dual Magnaflow exhaust

1. Original OEM wheels were a biotch to clean now have Touren 3260's - black machined faced.
2. ...............
3. ...............

In the 2007 Mustang GT - Premium

Likes;

1. Vista Blue colour & Silver Racing stripes
2. Stainless steel exhaust tips and throating sound.
3. Heated seats & power passenger seat.

Dislikes;

1. Leather seats, colder than an eskimo's heart in winter and hotter than hell in summer.

Likes:
1) The looks of the GT/CS with the shaker hood.
2) No need for a boot cover when the top is down.
3) The 5 speed tranny vs the 6 speed (one too many gears IMO).

Dislikes:
1) The seat not returning to it's prior position when you go into the back seat.
2) No rear folding back seat on the 'vert model.
3) No interior trunk release button.
4) Can I repeat #1 again? Man, that is irritating. Even my 6 years older Trans Am seat returns to it's prior position, and has a fold down rear seat. Cheap, cheap, cheap!

LOL!!! I was kinda partial to those red/black furry seats. But then I'd have to get a few big fat gold chains and $ sunglasses to go with, haha.

Top down is always good! As for the black....well, nothing is better than a clean shiny black car. You know, for the first 5 minutes after being washed. Downhill from there, lol.

Yep, I'm already finding the non-seat return to be a little irritating. I do love your Shaker hood too....I threatened my husband with getting a Shaker hood (on a V6 ?!!?) just cuz I like the looks. I didn't think his eyes were going to return to their normal position from the mega eye roll I got, lol.

You sound like me and my motorcycle - all about looks and noise, lol! As for black paint....only when I get rich enough to have a full time in-house detailer :-)

Did you see the great seat covers I posted? Those could an option! I haven't even located where my heated seat button is yet. I should figure that out, cuz those leather seats are COLD.

I approve the Shaker, even on a V6. The 13-14 V6 hood is so plain. Do the shaker with your matte black Boss stripes (sans Boss lettering of course) then matte black SVE Drifts! Do it!!!

I'm a terrible influence. If you want to save your wallet and marriage don't talk to me

PS, the SVE Drifts were on sale for Black Friday for $475 shipped. I really wish I waited. I love my new wheels but I would've been perfectly happy with the Drifts for less than half what I paid for mine! I could've gotten all my Roush splitters and lower grille delete with those savings!
