Bent Spark plug

Hey, I have a bent spark plug, somehow the pistion has become unattached from the crank shaft, and has hit the spark plug. I also have a broken valve spring. Has anyone heared of this?

did you rev it too hard? you blew your engine, did the piston go through your valve and the head and the bottom of your block too?

the bent spark plug is the cheapest of your worries
