Question 2006 v6 to 2012 gt brake conversion

So I have a 2006 mustang v6 with stock brakes, and would like to upgrade to the 2012 gt brakes both front and rear. I was wondering what parts would I need. I've read that for a same year(2006) v6 to gt conversion, i just need 4 rotors and front 2 brackets. Would the 2012 rotors need 2012 brackets, or can i use the 2006 gt brackets with them? and does the rear need any brackets?

The 2011+ GT front brakes have slightly larger rotors than the 2010- GT front brakes, so yes you need the rotors and brackets for the 2011+ GT.

I think you can find the brackets using an on-line parts lookup such as tascaparts.com

I am not sure about the rear, I think they might be the same on the GT and V6? I think you can figure that out by looking them up on line at link above.
