I See People Reading this Old Thread All the Time. Well I Want to Give it Some Closure. Every Car Even the Same Year & Model Will Run out Of Gas at a Different Number. Also Temperature Will Effect it as Well As Being on an Incline Vs Level Ground.
For A Longer Lasting Fuel Pump and To Keep The System Free of Debris Going Through Injectors, I Advise Refilling At Between 1/4 to 3/8 of a Tank And Trying Not to Got Below 1/4 Tank As a Rule!
Also to Keep Fuel Gauge Working Properly a Bottle of Chevron Techron Fuel Additive even if you Run Chevron Every Oil Change. Ford Advises Use of This Product to Keep Fuel Card Clean!
