I hate the Giants!!!! At least the Tide is keeping me happy.
I have to work all day again today...........As B. So faithfully pointed out to me, my second main cripe is being tired when I get home.
On the bright side, I get to shop Thursday.

what I meant was before the season started did you really expect a 2-14 team to do well, I sure didn't expect the 4-11 Browns to do well. And both teams are doing better than I think most people expected them to. I think we should be happy at that alone.

That's crazy. Although I'm pretty sure I could probably make it over a week with only Buckeye shirts (until its too cold to wear T-shirts, then probably only a few days worth of sweatshirts)

actually i can expect a 2-14 team to do well..
hehe two years ago our varsity team went 2-8. then comes the all new coaching staff. coincidentally this coaching staff was made of people who had a history at woodside high. ex players who won championships, the coaches that took them there, and heck even that coaches dad.
that year we went undefeated and for the first time in almost 8 years won the CCS championship. we've been moved into a more competitive division since then too.
and now looksie at the niners. 2-14. and then look what happens. all new coaching staff. this is important for two reasons. Mike Nolan not only has a history with the niners, his dad was head coach once, but he also has a history with woodside, as in he played here and graduated here.
being the superstitious fool i am, i think this all means something. i mean i can even see similarities in how the teams (niners and my team) play. the niners didnt establish their running game until this last one, but woodside has always concentrated on their run game significatly. but then, neither team is afriad to throw the ball into the golden hands of our receievers. but then again, thats what the entire west coast offense is
(for arguments sake our defenses are way different. WHS uses a 4-4, niners go 3-4)

but in any case, i think we're gonna do well. we have a shot at the playoffs :knocksonwood: i knows it. if the niners can hold on a little tighter at the end of their games, they can do it. especially as long as die-hard fools such as myself keep on beleiving (and bbqing

I go to Southeastern...located i hammond, louisiana....abou an hour 1/2 depending on traffic to baton rouge...i wish i was about to graduate...i still have about 2 years!
