I've noticed that every time I get on this site and begin posting, the page that contains the list of topics in each forum does not change. Each forum will hold the same list it had when I first entered the site, and will only change when I hit the reload button. It's a simple fix, but I've grown quite weary of doing it after every post for the past few months. It also does not update the actual pages with posts until I hit reload.

I'm sure it has something to do with my own internet options, but does anyone have any clue as to how to fix this problem?

Tools >> Internet Options >> Settings (Under Temporary Internet Files) >> Check for newer versions of stored pages: Every visit to the page
