Howdy guys. I didn't really introduce myself yesterday when I joined the list, so I will do so now. My name is Marci and before yesterday, I was the owner of a Blue, 1989 Ford Mustang 4 cyl. We sold it yesterday to make room for a either an '05 V6 Sonic Blue or an '06 V6 Vista Blue. And it was beginning to have some problems that neither of us were wanting to deal with. So, it went to a happy home yesterday. We have been digging and digging on the internet trying to find an '05 Sonic to no avail the past few weeks so it looks like it will (oh DARN) have to be an '06. 
I am a bonafide Mustang FREAK. I never really was a freak until about 3-4 years ago. Before, I liked mustangs since I owned one, but never really thought about mustangs all that much. Then, one night while working, (I'm a librarian) a woman and her husband came into the library almost as we were closing and had driven a long distance to meet some people who were selling a mustang here in town. They had gotten lost and wanted to find the phone number of the persons selling the car that was listed on a website that sold cars. Anyway, we found the ad and we let the husband use the phone to call the people. While he was on the phone, I started talking to the wife and she was telling me how much they loved mustangs and how she had one, her husband has one, her daughter has one, etc. And I told her that I had an '89 that we would have to be selling at some point just due to the age of it. Then, I noticed that she had tears welling up in her eyes at my comment that I'd have to sell it! That really got to me!! I thought "whoa! these are some serious mustang fans here!" It got me to thinking... and I realized that wow... I can't think of any other car I'd want to have in this whole world other than another mustang when we have to sell our '89. So it was this point when I became a bonafide mustang FREAK!! I absolutely fell in love with the '99 and up 'stangs and much to the disappointment of everyone who has the good luck to be in a car with me, I always point out every Mustang I see on the road! So, now we finally get to go out and buy another Mustang! But the waiting!! The Waiting is going to drive me bonkers!! (And my husband of course!)
