Newbie from PA
Just thought I'd post a hello. I'm a long time (over 20 years) professional mechanic turned fleet manager/auto instructor/industry consultant/shop owner. I've done a lot in the industry over the years and have always been intrigued by the Mustang. My first car was a '69 fastback and now I'm finally back in one. Well at least it's one of my personal fleet!
It's an '03 Centennial Edition convertible with 5-speed. LOVE THIS CAR!!!
It's a real cream puff. Only 15,000 miles and was garage kept and only driven by a middle-aged woman. Like I said, real cream puff.
Anyway, like I said, just wanted to say hey and am looking forward to learning more about this great car from all you enthusiasts.

I'll be up in that area today as a matter of fact. The guy doing my dyno tune is up that way.
Plus, me and the wife hit our favorite mexican place in Chalfont, all the time. Los Sarapes on Moyer just off 202. The BEST margaritas around!

Los Sarapes is VERY good. For me though, that place will always be called Rodi's. He had THE BEST wings around!!! Forget anywhere else. Where are you getting your dyno done at?

Got it done yesterday at Axcelerated Motorsports. I was kind of disappointed though. I had hoped for more of a gain. Base line was 237hp & 279 lb/ft and after like 6 pulls, the best we could do was 244hp & 289lb/ft. Although I realize that it is a good 30hp over stock, it was only about 7hp from the tune. The part that really surprised me was that we could only bump the timing table 4 degrees. Any more and we lost power. I'll have to be happy with it for now but I'm going to read up on this engine some to get to know it a little better. With my limited knowledge of these cars, it's hard to come up with any real ideas at this point.
BTW, here's a couple new pictures:
