Wink Newbie here but not an Oldie

Hey guys, I recently purchased a 2013 Roush RS w/auto trans. I've been serving our great nation with the US Air Force for almost 20 years. It's been an amaxing ride but a ride I will soon be done with. For now, I will take advantage of my new ride, the All-American Mustang. I have been an avid lover of cars for nearly 35 years and have owned a 1966 Dodge Charger (383 stroker / 12.5 1/4), 1972 Plymouth Road Runner (340 SST Tunnel Ram Dual Carbs), 1972 Plymouth Duster (440 Six-pack/ 10.90s 1/4), 1985 BMW 635 CSI, 1990 BMW M5, 2004 Dodge SRT-4 (W/575hp/11.47 1/4), 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Track (425hp w/100 shot & 12.2 1/4), and now my V-6 Mustang that hopefully will reward me with years of enjoyment after I mod the crap out of it.

As will all the cars I've owned, I can never leave them alone because I know I can make them so much better. I have 500 miles on the car and just order the Steeda Power Package (Steeda Intake & TCS Tuner) and BBK Shorty Header. My next objective is to work out this driveshaft issue, **** poor automatic trans issues, and then proceed with a ProCharger...

I'm happy to say that for years I have always wanted a Mustang but one that was unique and not like all the others (There are literally 100s here in the Ft Hood, Texas area). I'm here to gain insight on my previous aforementioned issues and of course interact with all of you...

I'm a Ford guy now, so let me have it people...

Steve

First I'd like to say thank you for your service. I'm sure I can speak for everyone on here when I say that. I must say though, that is an incredible list of cars to own. So many classics I would love to even just sit in. Not to mention all the work you put into them to make them so quick at the track. It's hard to top such an impressive list of cars to have previously owned, but I have a feeling the newest one will give you the most enjoyment, especially after mods. It's gonna be one hell of a car and the look of the new roush mustangs is just jaw dropping. Enjoy your new car! Can't wait to see what you do to it
