Just wanted to say hello. Love this site!
About me: I am going to be in the car market next spring and currently can't decide between sensible (six-passenger 4dr pickup so that the entire family can ride when we go camping) or the sorta sensible (2006 Mustang). The pickup would mean not having to take two cars on a campout. A 'Stang would mean using the Accord for everything but commuting and little trips with the wife and kiddies, but not both. Found this site looking for info on 2005 Mustangs and mods.
About my Avatar: My first "owned" car was a '62 Triumph TR4, red like in the photo. The Avatar is, if I remember, a '67 TR4a copied off of ebay. Mine was not nearly so pretty, especially toward the end of my ownership.
About my name: Had to choose an ebay handle long ago and it popped in my head. I love large cars from '60 to '72. 1966 is my favorite year. Riviera, Toronado, 300, 442, Wildcat, etc.
Favorite Mustang: '69 Boss, though surprisingly I don't favor the four lights on the '05.
Current vehicles: '01 Accord EX 5sp, leather, white, 4 dr. My commuter is a '97 Civic EX auto, gray cloth, white, 4 dr.
New for '06! Currently I am leaning toward Legend Lime with the dark charcoal and the IUP. However, I've seen some great pix of Redfire and Sonic Blue (the '06 dark blue will do just fine) with the parchment interior and no IUP. I like the blacked out dash w/the light interior. I would really like to get a GT and then get a new grille to look like the V6 (makes it look wider and lower) and put small fogs in the lower grille. I'm bummed that the V6 grille isn't interchangeable.
Anyway, great site and I'll keep lurking around.

Well, I'm leaning and leaning hard to the Mustang now. Finding a GT that isn't taken around here would be hard. Looked at about six V6's the other day at one dealership. I'm thinking I'd probably have to order an '06 to get what I wanted. This dealer also had about four Saleen's on the lot.
