New '11 Yellow Blaze 5.0 Owner from North Texas
Hello all,
Purchased a slightly used but new to me (16k on the odo) 2011 Mustang 5.0 in gloriously gorgeous Yellow Blaze. My '05 F150 Lariat SCrew was approaching 185k and after towing a 34' enclosed dragster trailer with a 220" dragster on the weekends, decided that I wanted to get out of under it before the tranny went out from under me - plus this car just caught my eye immediately and I totally forgot that I was looking at 2010-11 F150 Lariat 4x4's LOL!!!
I'm currently out of north DFW, but am awaiting Navy Officer Candidate School in February or March and then heading on to flight school in Pensacola to get into the cockpit of my other "toys". Between flying and driving/drag racing, I'm into anything fast, fun and exciting, and am looking forward to modding this baby over the next few years (or months...er, days...I'm already planning a couple as we speak).
If you're in the area give me a shout out and let's meet up sometime in the near future - the weather is gorgeous in Texas this January (unlike last year's "Icemaggeddon" during the Super Bowl) so I'm ready to go for a drive.
